Use of the Service
ARTVEOX provides AI-powered tools that generate images, videos, audio, and other creative content based on user inputs.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
User Accounts
Some features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
ARTVEOX is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service.
By uploading content, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use that content. You grant ARTVEOX a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content and for how you use any AI-generated output.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is created automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain purposes.
ARTVEOX does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output. All outputs are provided "as is" and are used at your own risk.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using or sharing it.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Generate harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds
Some features may require payment.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. ARTVEOX does not store your payment card details.
30-Day Pro-Rata Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription purchase. The refund is based on the value of your remaining unused paid subscription credits. Used credits are non-refundable. Free, bonus, and promotional credits have no cash refund value. Renewals and separate credit-pack purchases are not included in this launch guarantee.
We aim to review complete requests within 5 business days and, after approval and renewal cancellation, initiate the provider refund within 5 business days. The payment provider or customer's bank typically takes 5–7 additional business days to post a normal refund, although some methods take longer. Read the full policies below. Third-Party Services
ARTVEOX may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

All platform software, designs, logos, and non-user content are owned by ARTVEOX or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARTVEOX disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ARTVEOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
ARTVEOX's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ARTVEOX, if any, during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARTVEOX from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
90-day Gallery storage
Generated media is stored in the Gallery for 90 days and is permanently deleted after expiry. Download it if you want to keep it.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
International Use
ARTVEOX is available globally. You are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
